| Just purchased this beauty, and I'm new to the whole area of model guns. I've tried reading numerous posts on this site and others, but all the terms, different kinds of guns, etc. has gone over my head. I ordered 7mm caps, because every website seemed to say this gun used them, but I am not getting the desired results. I found from this site that I need some glue stuff to keep them in place within the rounds (makes sense since they move around)... but even when I get a successful fire, there is no blowback, and only a little smoke comes out the receiver and the barrel. If anyone can please help out a new guy with what I need, I would greatly appreciate it. I included the picture above to hopefully show the exactly what I am working with. Thanks in advance. | |

| d-solider,
Your det-pin (pin inside a chamber as in your photo) and the cartridges are not for PFC cap. This is for paper cap (no-longer in production). If you want your tommy to get blow back, need PFC version of det pin and the cartridges. I can get the cartridges, but don't know how easy to get chamber as MGC went out of business.

| Of course this was not mentioned with the ebay description... thank you for figuring out my problem shazhib, I appreciate it. I'll try to locate a PFC part. Do you know if its as easy as replacing the bolt and firing pin? Or not really so much...? | |

| Hi,
You do not need to replace bolt. You need to replace a chamber and a pin inside the chamber.
