| Post by Reemo (August 11, 2006) Hi Guys! Im stoked! Looks like some great NEW guns heading this way from Marushin - including a Gas Blowback MP40!! (~!~!~!~!) Plus a GBB Mauser in 8mm! I have already plunked the money down for the M2 carbine - which is GBB and Full Auto capable! _________________ "This is your life......and its ending one minute at a time." | |

| Post by Doc I`m only guessing but it may be that Marushin are building the GBB kit into their ABS MP40 ??? This would certainly give them more life out of the kit . Marushin used to have a Springer MP40 that was made using the Basic ABS MP40 .
Good "heads up" Reemo
that M2 looks sexy , if only they could have made it a shell ejector like the old GBB M1 they had .

| Post by Reemo Hi Guys I would guess it is indeed "GBB INTERNALS" stuffed into their old plastic body - and that's okay.
The old ASAHI external gas fed MP40 was built into the Marushin bodies.
I just want an MP40 that WORKS!! (Unlike the TOP).
As for the M2, here's hoping it is far better than the M1 Garande which was horrifyingly poor. It stopped ejecting empty clips in the first hour......and the power was 200ish fps, max, - that was it!
It looked cool. But it was one of Marushins worst performing guns yet.
I wouldnt rush into the M2 until the word is written. It could be another stinker. _________________ "This is your life......and its ending one minute at a time."

| It's a shame e-bay in the UK won't allow anything gun related apart from BB pellets and gas isn't it? (let alone body parts! The Americans seem able to get anything and everything on the US e-Bay site. I did manage to buy a Mauser from a dealer in California, no hassles at all, through the American e-Bay site BUT if I got 'caught' by either e-Bay or Paypal now, I'd lose my accounts! | Post by shazhib Hi guys and girls? Bit of a translation here. SIG P210 6mm version of SIGT P210 in addition to current 8mm version. In order to differenciate between 6 and 8, 6mm verison's grip will be colored in black. I heard from a different source that 6mm will not come with SIG gun case.
Mauser M712 8mm version with semi/full blow back action. Price or other detail has not been realeased yet. Target sale date of October (already over)
Walther P38 8mm version, fixed slide (no blow back). Detail unreleased yet.
M2 Carbine Semi/Full by selecter tab as in the real Carbine. Wooden stock with Zinc die case body. Max 15 BBs. Sample retaile price of 41,790 JPY. Target sale date of September (ha-ha, this is Marushin)
MP40 8mm blow back, full auto only. Detail unreleased. Target sale date of October (who believes)
Hope this will helps. From a personal impression as I read magazine ads or articles, M2 carbine and SIG 6mm is the most closest to an actual sale.
