| I would like the French 1935 auto - do you need or want any of the following: RMC Smith and Wesson revolver .357 (two to choose from). RMC Colt Python RMC 1911a1 (two to choose from) These are all in rough to good condition. These are coming from the US, so if there is a problem, PM me, maybe there is something else I have that is importable legally to the UK that you would like. I am looking for anything that could have come from the French Indo-China era, 1945-1954 - Cannot import deactivated from the UK, but if you are in the US I am interested in everything up through class three firearms. If you have uniforms or militaria/memorabilia let me know - sorry off your thread Richard. JJ. | |

| Not trying to ruin your thread, just some interesting info.
I found one of these m1935 French pistols for sale - I am interested in the French IndoChina campaign - this weekend, it was less than $300, which seemed good value. however, the .32 long, or 7.65 Longue is over a dollar a round and for original French "steel" rounds even more expensive. I guess there were only about four guns (three pistols one SMG) ever made in that caliber, and the Pederson device, which I guess wasn't really a gun, but a gun part - it enabled a bolt action to shoot semi-automatic.
The 7.65 longue really isn't very powerful or special, just scarce.
The m1935 does look like a Sig p210, but has smaller dimensions when held side by side.
This replica is very cool looking and rare, Richard, if I was in the Uk I would buy it from you now!
Best,
JJ | |

Best,
JJ Thanks for the info there. Yep,it is i believe quite a rare replica and while i have no idea if it can be restored to working condition even for a French WW2 reenector or Indochina reencator/collector as a holster filler its pretty unique as where else would you get one? | |
