Just thought I’d share an idea I had which seems to work well.

In-between firing rounds when they are re-loaded (not fully cleaned) two cotton buds (or Qtips) together are a great way to wipe the inside of 7mm cap rounds of cap residue before re-loading the next caps.

A nice simple idea that 8ace cheers , is that an Aluminium Hudson cartridge in your photo?

How would you clean that thoroughly Question Is it best to use hot water and detergent, in an Ultrasonic cleaner preferrably, does Bicarb of Soda and Vinegar corrode aluminium Question

Yep it's the new Hudson AK rounds.

I clean them in hot water and washing up liquid using a pipe brush (normal way i clean brass rounds at home) which seems to be OK but I have noticed surface discolouration when left in it overnight, so I now clean them straight away and make sure they are dry.

They would clean up nice in your grit tumbler cleaner.
