| Ah Yes, I have done the same many times and spent hours searching  I did find this interesting article http://www.landofborchardt.com/Ideal_holster-article.html The photographs are copyrighted so I cannot copy & paste but a similar metal shoulder stock was produced by "The Ideal Holster Co. of Toledo, Ohio" between 1901-1910 for the Luger pistols (amongst others)It'd be very interesting to learn if MGC actually produced replicas of these to compliment their models

Yes I'm sure you're correct, the only metal stock I can find so far is that "Ideal Holster Co." type. I'm still looking for the other one
