| push back the sprung pin all the way you can and wiggle the back end out ...the spring and pin holds it in place by pushing up against the rear "tail" of it should look a bit like this ( although this is from a different pistol ) Doc | |

| Does this model field strip?
I've just bought one with no instructions and can't figure out how it comes apart for cleaning & lubing. Also I couldn't find any info on field stripping a real one as I thought the method would be similar.
Thanks, Mark. | |

| Hello Mark and welcome to the forums Youtube can be a useful source of field strip videos, I found this one covering Umarex Browning GPDA pistols which might help you some...it's in German however but the strip sequence is nice and clear _________________ Cerwyn

| Thankyou Cerwyn, It's so easy when you know how! Is this model a rarity amongst blank firing guns, by the fact that you can field strip it? I ask as I have a Bruni GAP (Glock 17) that seems completely sealed apart from 2 allen screws, and I onced owned a Walther PPK clone which I think was sealed too. Thanks, Mark. | |

| No most decent blank weapons are strippable, well all of mine are, apart from ive not got the bottle to remove the extractor off one of mine in order to make a new one for the other | |
