MGC68 MP40 for sale

I found a MGC68 MP40 amongst a few WWI Mauser rifles and broomhandles at an estate sale. I don't have a use for the MP40 so it is up for sale. I know nothing about this gun so I will leave it up to the experts to let me know what it might be worth.
