Interesting model - full metal, already with SM (Safe Metal) mark, so it is late 70s. It uses dummy cartridges (not cap-firing), mechanical action ("Tanio action").

A Beretta 950B seems to be the basis for the MGC Pocket model - though this has an external hammer (the MGC one doesn't) and the safety (?) latch rotates 90 degrees more.
It is highly collectible for a number of reasons, rarity being one and a "fantasy" gun being another!

It's funny how you never know where or how you'll come across a Modelgun opportunity! A fellow Kiwi tracked me down via this forum and offered to sell me an MGC Pocket Model Beretta. It has one piece missing, but I'll have a go a making a replacement...so here are a few pics of this VERY rare modelgun:
