I can see from the interest this has generated that this might be harder than at first thought ,I guess that the things i am interested in are rare then .
strange i would have thought there was a market for wetsren replicas ,may be there is but not just model gun ones
any way i am still interested in a SCHOFIELD if one is out there but also in some of the other more unusual types of western gun
any one any thoughts

If particular models aren't in stock, I'm sure they could be sourced for you. Manufacturers such as Hudson and MGC have closed down but there's a healthy trade in new and used models in Japan which all four of the above can utilise.
Make sure you are VCRA covered before attempting to buy or import replicas though. I know that replicas of pre 1870 manufactured guns are regarded as Antique and not prohibited by the VCRA but I'd get as much proof and information confirming without doubt that the "original" is in fact pre 1870. Customs officials X-Raying parcels won't know if any gun is pre 1870 so you are very likely to be contacted by them.
