The ABS Kokusai M60 looks good but, the gap between the sideplate/frame is not very close and it looks funny to me as the actual S&W sideplate/frame parting line is really hard to see. Not very many plastic (mostly ABS) revolvers have a nicely done sideplate/frame gap as there might be mold release problems etc. at the factory if the gap was tightened up. I am not sure just how long the chrome finish will last on the Kokusai as it kind of looks like silver paint like MGC used to use.

I have no idea, it might be black or it might be copper etc. but i doubt that it will be silver! But, to be on the safe side, i would say black.
