Hi, this is my first post. (I'll get that out of the way.) The Borchardt C-93 is one of my favorite guns. Ever. I came across this thread a few months ago off of a google search and took note. I kept watching the CAW web page and saw when they became available -- and I tried to buy one and got the "no overseas sales" message. So then I found Tokyo hobby shop but was really surprised because their price was about 3 times the price on the CAW site (around $1500 usd). Now, when I go back to the CAW page they don't even have a price posted any more.

Is there any way to order one of these from Japan? Are there any other distributors that are no gouging the price like that?

Basically my view is that for $500 this would be a nice addition to my collection and for $1500 I will save my pennies for a real one.

Borchardt is quite something, isn't it? :-)

For help obtainig this model try contacting "shazhib" forum member. I agree that for 1500 USD it's better to get something else.

Shazhib was instrumental in my purchasing a CAW C/93!!! I did a 'review' on it here!!!

BTW: It is fantastic!!!
