| hi all anyone out there with a shoei g43 that can help. i have sourced a fair amount of shoei g43 parts but need to make a receiver to get it all together. im hoping to try and get it to fire tanaka kar98 pfc carts, but that is a way off at the moment. so really after some basic receiver dimensions if anyone can help, especially trigger group hole pitches.

| I have a real G43 AC44 if you cannot find anyone to help - I know one person who has a Shoei example on this board - he is a great guy, so you'll probably find the info.

| hi well have managed to get most parts together now, still waiting on some and a few bits need some work. now have the fun part of putting it all together i have managed to source some detonator pins and one of the early g43 pfc bolts so will hopefully get it firing but not too sure what carts to use. im getting some tanaka k98 carts but i guess the old fg42 carts would be best, not easy to find though. any ideas? cheers jay | |

| Nice, nice , nice!
That looks like a fun project you have.
It's going to be a terrific piece for your collection.
I would buy one, but, real ones can still be found for a few hundred dollars more than the replicas here, so smarter to get them while they are available - the replicas will have to wait.

| cheers yeah looking forward to getting it all together and hopefully firing. i would most definately opt to pay a bit more for a real g43, im joining the nra in november and have seen a company in the u.k that is starting to make straight pull g43's, so maybe one day......
