Can we order caps to japan?

Hi everybody,

i found a shop in japan who have caps not expensive at all : only 4,7 $ per box
but they said me than they can't ship outside japan.
Is there a regulation?
All there products are not expensive at all.

Unfortunately not only can we not import them from Japan any more the Japanese cannot export them either so the days of $4 a box are well and truly gone that was a big worry for us when it happened as we all thought the days of being able to fire our models had gone. Source of the problem is that Japan carriers forbid transport of such substances. This happened after Lithium Ion battery fires and other such problems.

Packages with caps are not accepted by Post when declared. If not declared they are found and Japanese sender has problems.

Sadly the only (and expensive) way is to import them with whole legal process for explosive materials (sic!), like PFCGUK do.
