I am looking for a m4a1 model gun. It is so difficult to purchase one nowadays. Anyone knows where can i buy the tanio koba m4a1 cqb? Can i purchase it from Japan? thank you so much

Tanio Koba seems to manufacture his models in batches of a few hundred to a few thousand pieces. Once they sell out from him it is a matter of finding a dealer or a person who still has one. You are right that unless you get them near release date, it's not that easy task...

the website tokyohobby.net may have them. It doesn't show as out of stock. Hope that helps. If not, another option may be to contact Shazhib. He may be able to help you.
