I cannot get a marushin round to work with any flash powder in it so i wonder if they are using a different round to get this?

This video is of MGC P220 carts being fired in a MGC MP40. The only modifications that Mr Modelgun will admit to at least, are to drill an extra couple of holes in the Det.Pin ring
The secret seems to be in the powder mix. If we could figure that out, we'd be laughing
As for Marushin cartridges, there is a possibility, albeit slim, that the new thicker washers with larger drilled hole discussed elsewhere in this category could allow the rds' pin to pierce the cap allowing sparks & flame to pass through and ignite Mg powder in the upper part of the cartridge

Ah! MGC 40 that explains it then, will have to give my Nakata mp40 a go as that is pretty open in the chamber and barrel
