 Wa Shan two tone.

I recently purchased another Wa Shan Glock (I sold my last one as I wasn't too happy with the finish on it) I found the finish on it too shiny, and it really detracted from the model.

So with some paint stripper, some spray paint, a box and some coat hangars I turned this

Wa Shan two tone. P2230308

into this.

Wa Shan two tone. Uqgk
Wa Shan two tone. Ntyc
Wa Shan two tone. O7ge

It looks just slightly too light, but I think miles ahead of what it was!

Original WaShan finish makes impression that the model is covered in oil :-/

Two-tone does get rid of that :-)

Two-tone does get rid of that :-)

Need to get a good camera out so I can actually show how actually looks, pictures don't do justice!

Next will be an olive drab Tanaka third gen.
