Update - Lower receiver and fore guard arrived, great packaging - It wouldn't go together - a quick email to Tomio and he sent a couple of super clear pics of how it should look.
The lower on a Shoei differs minutely from the original, which I am used to - in that there is a center locking plate, that is somehow able to get loose, disallowing reassembly - the pics Tomio sent allowed me to see this and turn the plate back with a screwdriver - MP44 is as good as new now.
Very highly recommended.
As with real firearms, I think i enjoy restoring them more than shooting them
