I've found these online but now I'm stumped. Can Frankie or Shazhib get hold of them? £15 for a set seems fine or does anyone know where else I can get dummy Nambu rounds?

Shazhib might be your best bet. I'm certain CAW make dummy cartridge cycling Nambus so they'll more than likely supply extra cartridges.

Failing that, are inert rounds available here in the UK

As Cerwyn mentioned, CAW has 8mm Nambu dummy rounds. It is JPY5500 for a box/15 rounds. which is around 27GBP? with shipping, it will reached to 30 or so.
