Hi
Is there a bolt action model gun in existance?
There was one on arnies forum, model Kokusai M700 BDL but I missed the sale. The pictures look very good and a model that I found interesting.
Anybody seen one got any idea where one is or more pictures etc.

Hi Ray, yes, there are at least a few bolt action moelguns that i know of like the CMC/Tanaka Mauser K98 and the Japanese Arisakas (several versions). There just might be some obscure models as well that i am un-aware of that where made only for a few years. There certainly isn't as many bolt action modelguns as there are airsoftguns though.

Have to look up my rifles as I hav always interested in handguns but something like a remington or the like. The Kokusai one here looks the part: http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=33244&hl=russ I think the reason I fancy them is the realism or I imagine would be like.

hey dartec
i too was looking for bolt action rifles (cept i wanted the other way..not modern but older )
i ended up getting the mauser 98k (and quite happy with it too..review to follow soon by the way )
however ....... i think you'll find that bolt actions, whatever the era, are some what of a rarity ! ( i was hgard pressed getting mine ! )
to my knowledge ....... the 98k is the ONLY bolt action style rifle though mark may be able to correct me there ! well its the only one i know of ! there are a few others knocking about but i belive these are the older variety WW2.
