It`s legal to buy PFC Guns from England to Germany?

want to buy a PFC Gun from plugfirecapgunsuk.com . Becaus the Plastic firing pin of my Beretta Fs92 is broken . Someone has experience with it

full-auto modelguns (PFC guns) are legal under Germans arms law (praise the BKA)
Per argumentum a maiore ad minus, semi-auto modelguns, like your Beretta 92FS, are all the more legal in Germany.

A problem could be the lack of knowledge of the customs officer: If you order something from a third country (out of EU) they could ask: Modelgun? PFC? What is that? Never heard from such weapons. We need official opinion of experts.

Fortunately Great Britain is still a member of the EU and it still exists free movements of goods.

So if you order something from John before the execution of BREXIT, you will absolute have no stress with customs or whatever.

Must admit, on the flip side, I have purchased several C02 powered pistols (steel bb) from Germany over the last few years with no problems here.

Now, I'd love one of those semi-auto MP40 Blank Firers GSG are selling, but would I risk importing a restricted front venter (apparently not illegal here) , even through alledged 'free movement' zone?? Answer: no way, just in case!!! They are coming out here next month anyway, but top venting.
