| Post by Spencerman I take it hat was Carol in the video and not yourself Cerwyn! What a great and refreshing change it makes to see a lady handling a gun properly. Hopefully she enjoys it, and I am sure that she must as she does all the work prepping and cleaning those nasty little cartridges! It is also nice to see these things working, however bad one person may or may not feel that the video may be. I am still just getting the hang of static pictures, so no videos yet, though I do plan to take some. I will probably either have to get a new camera with decent sound on it, or learn to use editing suites and put my own booms in! Either way, I am not quite ready yet myself. It is good if we get to see comparisons between different versions of the same model of gun, such as the plastic version mp40, compared to the older metal ones, compared to the newer metal ones. It is one thing to see how they look, but completely another to see how they work. I would love to see a video of a Hudson AK firing in full auto like that, if ever anyone ever manages to tweak thiers enogh to get past the first round! I really appreciate the time and trouble that you guys all have taken, and I enjoy watching these videos, it is a valuable section. Many thanks for this, and keep em coming. _________________ | |

| Hiya Spencerman, Yes mate, that is Carol squeezing the trigger! I've mentioned her on here several times as you'll know as she does indeed do all the work preparing, loading, firing and then cleaning everything afterwards because I can't. It's taken me months of trying and then buying a new camera to get this video done. Hopefully, the next one will be a little better as I find out how to achieve the effects etc. There's nothing like a video to show how well (or not) these models work is there? My Marushin MP40 has fired hundreds of rounds by now, and been practically faultless everytime. It is, I think, the best one I have. I too, would love to see a Hudson AK47 firing as well as this ! | Post by MadMike A great thums up from me! Great to see a nice woman handling a modelgun. It looks like the gun really likes her too as it is working so well with her. _________________ "It's a hardball world, son. We've gotta keep our heads until this peace craze blows over." | |

| Post by Claymore Nicely done, the marushin really does fire well i wish all modelguns would be this reliable, they dont break fire great in burst they may be plastic but they are still very accurate models, in fact marushin have just released the gas blowback version in airsoft. great vid cerwyn you beat me to it, it was the next one i was going to do | |

| Post by shazhib Cerwyn,
Please give my regard to Carol. I am happy to know you are happy when Carol can fire MP40 for you, we also be happy to know she extends her help to run this hobby!
BTW, I heard the mold for MP40 was used for MP40 airsoft released recently, that means, there will be no reproduction in MP40 modelgun........
If you need any parts, let me know sooner rather than later.

| Post by Doc Said it to you before Cerwyn , Carol is an angel for sure .... mine will barely point the camera at me let alone fire the things and jesus if I mentioned cleaning it I think I`d wake up and find them all in the skip !!

| Hiya shazhib, Thank you I certainly will give her your regards I understood that Marushin had utilised several parts from the pfc MP40 to produce the GBB Airsoft version but didn't think that pfc production was at risk Wouldn't it be reasonable to think that externally both versions are exactly the same but only the internals will differ? How much of the pfc version would have to be sacrificed to make it into an Airsoft one? Magazine, Bolt, Barrel, couldn't they still produce both versions? Hi Claymore, I've used youtube simply because it's there, available and I haven't found anything else yet. I don't know about group channels on youtube but I'll definitely look into it. Thanks for the suggestion! _________________ Cerwyn
