Marushin XM177 Modernization/enhance parts

Hi everyone,I want to show you some custom modify about marushin xm177:
first part is bolt catch,if you dryfire too often,the hammer will distroy bolt catch,because it is diffcult to order japanese gun part in my country,so I choose modify "R"bolt catch for modelgun,if you get a "R"bolt catch,then we can start work:
First,cut off bottom to make sure bolt catch is vertical and horizontal;Second,cut off top to test not affect bolt moving;Third,drill hole and tapping thread for set screw,Fourth,lock the screw and gluing,Fifth,assembly and add a 3x1mm oring to fill gap(note direction)

The second parts is stock modify,everyone know marushin AR's buffer tube is small than real one,so if you want to use normal size stock,you can use PVC water pipe to make a plastic "tube"(I dont know how to call this in english):


the plastic tube OD and ID need to bigger 0.5mm than stock hole and buffer tube,install and expansion to"grip"the stock not buffer tube

The third parts are modify airsoft PMAG for marushin,buy a Rare Arms shell ejecting AR15 GBB magazine,and use utility knife cut off red circle to allow marushin cartridge load in,and cut magazine catch hole,because marushin has anti use real mag design.





oh,you can make some small details to makes it more"real",like modify real genM3 ranger plate and Heat shrink tubing on spring(real one is orange color paint)

By the way, you do not have to cover the serial # on your Marushin model. Unlike real receivers it is the same on every Marushin XM177E2
