New to Forum - General Questions on MGC THOMPSON

Hi - I’ve just got an MGC Thompson which came with 20 round mag, drum, vertical and horizontal grips.  It’s more or less mint.

I’m looking to upgrade it:

1) I believe there are CUTTS COMPENSATORS for AIRSOFT Thompson’s but no one seems to have them in stock.  The MGC CUTTS CONPENSATOR is under scaled.  Has anyone got any decent ideas here.

2) Does original wood furniture fit on the MGC ok?  I understand that the screws are metric not UNC but do they line up ok?

3) What’s the best option to get a realistic blued finish?  I understand the MGC is zinc and won’t really take a blue treatment made for steel.

4) The box is missing the takedown tools.  Does anyone have any spare?

Sorry but i cant help on most of these questions. Never seen an airsoft cutts compensator, a real one may fit as the real safety catch and fire select fit and fortunatly these are legal parts you can buy and have on occasion come up on ebay.

Blued finish, again not easy, i have only ever used a zinc black which is the same as original colour. blueing gel or liquid is not expensive so you could try that.

take down tools, never seen any and never got any with mine.
