Anyone that cares to share their thoughts about these?

Judging from the pictures i've managed to find on-line they look very realistic (save for the gold color)

I'm not concerned about the need to fire caps, i just want realism and metal.

Has anyone dis-assembled these and care to share on their views on how accurate these are on the inside?

Lugers are pretty

Pic's are most welcome!!

Knowing Marushin modelguns, I can say without a doubt that they disassemble just like the real Luger. Marushin does a great job with their line of all zinc Lugers and they make exceptional display modelguns.

Nice, nice...

Are the regular (non-engraved) Luger available in kits?

I'm not too much for bling-bling really, but i do love to build kits!

Ok, thank you for the information.

I guess i'll have to buy one and then take it apart. I tend to do that with all my model guns anyway Smile
(and real guns when i get my hands on those)

I've always found the mechanics very interesting for some reason...

The mechanism on the Luger is so very intrisic, definitely a true sign of the skilled tool and diemakers of the old days... not like Glocks and USP's Smile

Old skool charm with milled steel and wood grips, not that i don't like "plastic" guns like Glockas and USP's, but they have less charm.

Speaking of Glocks, here's a pic i shot last summer.
Marushin Luger? Glockht8cm

(Glock 19 in the Swedish military version called "Pistol 88B", knife is Strider HT/G-10)

Yes true about the cartridges, i was linking ammo for "my" minimi so they just ended up there.

GREAT links, that you very much. I saved them to my harddrive and took a closer look, i must say that the accuracy is surprisingly good

I think i'll try to get one as soon as i have the cash...
