I think Cerwyn has already spotted this at WGC who stock a couple of really cheap modelguns - only a few though .

They have the above model at $133 which even including postage will undercut any other supplier and probably cheaper than secondhand here in the UK .

So I am wondering if it is worth buying ?

I usually prefer heavyweight models and this is described as heavy abs so I am wondering if anyone has this model and can comment on it as a shooter / reliability / quality etc ? Seems a bit light at 770 g empty ...

Not been having much luck with smg,s lately !! ....Ok technically NOT an smg but selective fire / burst fire auto pistol whatever ....

Thanks for any advice .

Regards CARL.

Phobus there is a review here

https://mp40modelguns.forumotion.net/modelgun-reviews-f4/ksc-beretta-m93r-t230.htm

the 93r is a good model and the one on WGC is the 1st version ABS model and the only difference between the 1st and 2nd model is the the fact that one is ABS and and one HW which makes it heavier. The first version is fine and to be honest although HW is nice ABS lasts longer.
I have had 2 problems with the 93

1. barrel breakage, i have had about 4 barrels break on me why they broke i have no idea but the last barrel i put on has lasted well and no problems.

2. The firing pin can be a huge problem if you dry fire it as it will dislodge and drop out and you cannot put it back in (well without a lot of stripping down) and even then it may not function right.

Thats about it, its a great model, parts and rounds always available

Hi,

From my respect, KSC's M93R is one of best firing performance modelgun out there you can buy right now. I have "proto" version, I'm sure 1st or 2nd should have good action.

Regarding a material, I know it is bit disappointing to see ABS after you experienced HW, however, a firing point of view, ABS would be lot durable.

USD130 with shipping? is that new? sounds like good buy for me.
