It certainly looks like the Open Round could be making a comeback as Tanio Koba's GM-7 .45" cartridge is being used in several converted modelguns.
One that caught my eye was this 0.50" Desert Eagle. Although there are a few teething problems with feeding the builder has done a nice job of producing 0.50" cartridges.
