Identification - metal version of Kokusai Walther P38?

I found pictures of on an old P38 model, full metal, made by Kokusai.

There are also Francky's photos of the replica he mentioned in his thread (see below) and his auction on gunbroker (two different models judging by markings).

Based on package seen in one of the pictures, there were three versions made by Kokusai: Commercial, Military and Gestapo. The model I've seen has Commercial markings. There seems to be a BMA mark, too, so this replica was in Germany sometime. It also seems to be blued zinc, insted of gold coated. What year were metal modelguns required to be gold? I see that Kokusai models offered currently are all gold, while old models (dummy or paper cap) from MGC/Nakata were black-coated.
Based on posts the old thread, this could be non-blowback paper cap firer or maybe a dummy?
It is without any catridges, so no hints here.

Would you have any additional comments?

It turned out to be dummy version, with blocked barrel, heavily modified chamber and firing pin "striking" off-center.
Mag follower is flat, different from cap-firing (or real) version.

Note: surface is painted black (with some scratches), in reality it looks black rather than silvery-gray seen on photos.

Any chances of pics of the off-side firing pin? I believe there have been some older side-firing modelguns??

Given that it is a dummy modelgun, its pin would not strike any cartridge.
I guess that just to avoid problems, firing pin was made off-center anyway.

Photos below:
- frame seen from the top, after removing slide.
- slide from bottom, after removing it. Both barrel and slide are still together.
- "chamber", or rather lack of it.
- end of barrel is blocked, too.
- inside the slide, you can see that firing pin is almost at the edge of bolt face, not in middle. It is pretty close to "chamber loaded" indicator pin.
- back of slide, this is where hammer falls.
- inside slide again, I am pushing firing pin now so you can see where it sticks out.

Other comments:
- as far as I can say parts are not exchangeable with Marushin.
- double-action is a bit stiff (requires more force) because design is not the best.
- when slide is pulled back sometimes it blocks slightly, probably disconnector wedges up.
- model is nicely heavy, it feels very good in hand :-)

Let me know if you want some more pictures.
I think I will dig out my Marushin from storage and make some comparisons.

BTW: as I have satisfied my curiosity about this Kokusai - if someone likes it, please let me know :-)

It is always interesting to see the internals of any modelgun i think, i fired a real P38 some week ago and the double-action was very stiff when compared to some modern double-action, like Sig's or the safe-action of the Glocks.
So maybe your replica is really accurate?

Double action is a bit confusing, because most ot trigger travel is normal (slight push), but near the end, when the hammer actually starts to move there is a very strong resistance, even stronger than "Tanio Koba action" PPK where trigger moves whole slide, not just hammer). You need to apply way more power (feels as if you werer going to break something) to get through the last step. I think that the levers do not correctly transfer power from trigger push. It's worth checking how Kokusai did the mechanism inside frame, I guess.
Not sure if this is specific to modelgun, as I have not fired a real P38.
