Anyone got any decent links to videos of those disposable rounds? I'm curious to see how good they are, and I can't find owt on youtube.

I've had mixed results with the WaShan disposables. They don't perform well in full metal SMGs like MGC MP40, Stirling, STEN, Hudson STEN etc because the heavier bolts strike the cartridge too hard crushing them. Lighter models such as WaShan Beretta M9 or HWABS and ABS pistols can give pleasing results. You might find the links below useful
