yep got one here although with some zink models they can suffer from extreme zinc corrosion ..basically super fine lines in the zinc that with a little pressure can simply break/crumble apart .
Nice pistol though

Nice find, Mark! A nice model too. This is what the modelgun hobby is about, finding nice items and getting as many informations about those models as possible.

Damn, i am looking at getting an enfield and that one would be great especially if it does not go any higher on the price but cant get it off gunbroker. | |

| Hi, a bit late for this topic... but I recently received this NAKATA 1974 Enfield No.2 Mk.I from a guy in the U.S.  I'm not shure if it was distributed by MGC/RMI back then... As far as I now NAKAKA never exported their products. Remarkable that no other markings than "1974" and "JAPAN" are visible on this gun... Other NAKATA Enfields had ENFIELD markings and a CROWN symbol ... You're welcome to get back with me if you know more... Ray | |
