Company manufacturing short series of high-quality modelguns. They manufactured various variants of Colt 1911 as well as M4/M16/XM177 assault rifles released around 1999/2000. All of these are dummy models.

HF modelguns (at least Colt 1911) feature mechanical "Quack Action", but they are not cap-firing.

M-series moulds from HF became property of ZEKE, manufacturer of after-market metal bodies for airsoft replicas

It is not easy to get solid information about Hobby Fix. I think that Hobby Fix and ZEKE are the same company. Hoby Fix made some highly detailed dummy only modelguns as mentioned above, ZEKE is famous for high quality aftermarket Airsoft parts.

HF made the famous M4A1 dummy model in 1999/2000 in two limited production runs, and later the M16A4 in one run. Later the molds seem to be used for ZEKE Airsoft parts ...
