I have a Marushin XM177 flash hider that I could sell you. I'm not 100% sure if the threads are the same on the MGC model though, if anyone could confirm either way, I might be able to help you

The Zinc MGC ones were a push fit onto an alloy rod protruding from the barrel/foresight
you`d have to make a little adaptor piece or even bond a Marushin one on
