question about m4 from a new member

hi, im new here and im from argentina, already got a marushin m9 from a member here and one of this day i have to upload photos from my single action collection, but that have nothing to do with gbb.
i have on the way the agm m4 ris and im planing to make the tears of the sun setup, and i have a few doubt and i whante to see if you can help me.
i identify all the components but 3
1 the vertical grip, i doesnt look like the regular one and i really dont know wich one it is




2 the recoil pad, is that a real thing o just a piece of rubber with a hole?
3 anybody know how the sling is secured to the stock?

So many accessories are available for modern guns these days it's difficult to keep up. Your first question asking about the vertical foregrip for example:

there are countless different grips available to fit rail systems, check out the choices on this page...



Doubtless there are many more out there too.

There's a huge range of Shoulder stocks available for the M16/M4 range too. That Recoil Pad could be a custom item or perhaps something similar to the ones here:
