I'm working on one of these revolvers with firing problems..... it wont
Looking at the firing pin alignment it's a little off the cart primer and I was wondering if anybody has had the same problem?

I have the same problem but with another revolver. Don't have a lot of time to find a solution yet

I get that problem occasionally with the Enfield. The pin is on a little hinge and the action of the hammer coming down pushes it forward into position. Is the pin stiff on the hammer? it should be loose and move freely up and down.

thanks for the info.
The pin is free to move.
I've a few ideas to sort the problem out but before I redesign a few things I wanted to find out if this issue is common to this model and if there are any standard quick fixes.
