Just a heads up.

I have just seen a used Zinc MGC Thompson bolt for sale on a UK militaria site for £60. It's a bit difficult to see the condition of the bolt face from the pictures.

My m1921’s is in a miserable condition
Since this is a UK sale it’s not an option for me as on “the continent” 😎

These models are well functioning so maybe it’s time to look into design if a spare

Does anyone else suffer from worn bolt faces ?

The aluminium is so soft on these bolts that they crumple very easily. surely just a spare part is ok to buy even in the UK we can buy modelgun spares and our laws are really shit.
I am sure i have a spare bolt but its buried under 6 ton of other stuff, i will need to get to the box soon and figure out what i dont need, think i have a ppsh bolt as well,

Just to add to the conversation

The MGC bolt interestingly will fit into the Denix "model", I tried it myself a few years ago when I had both.
