A long time ago my brother owned a M16a1 that was a Springer airsoft and from what I recall also fired pfc cartridges. His wife, now ex, made him sell it, and I'm trying to track one down. Does anyone have any info? I remember the airsoft pellets( the skirted ones) were actually loaded in the charging handle when it was pulled back and the airsoft barrel was were the gas tube would have been.

Scratch that, after all the time searching I just found kokusai m16.

Yep, had the incredibly humble name "Super Weapon" But well, it really was a pretty nifty idea.

Hi,
This model sold back in early 1980, in a period of main player of toy-gun trasitioned from modelgun to airsoft, had a concept of those 2 into one. I hear it was not working as expected, and breakable....
