doubt it as i dont think all the pfc firing parts would fit into a GBB reciever, but I'm sure someone with more knowledge could help you.

However on this project I've gotten too depressed and confused so have put it to one side until I can clear my head/frustrations!!.. wish I had bought a ready made one now lol.

VFC M4A1 lower and upper are accurate to the real steel. I sussed this out with the gun shop owner here in Taipei. Its just a thought - but good luck with your project.

I could very well be wrong about the GBB fitting, I'm new to model guns etc myself. try asking as a new question so more people are likely to read it, may get a more positive answer your looking for./

We've All reached this point too at some stage or other Exclamation

Which part of the build is causing you bother at the moment Question Is it the bolt sticking or the Buffer Question

When you're head's clearer let us know, I'm sure that together we'll help you sort it Wink

I can't comment on GBB Receiver's fitting but I know that GBB trigger components won't fit Marushin's M16 (tried it to replace a broken trigger)

I know the feeling to well :-)

My first assembly kit (Marushin S&W Model 2) put me away from buying kits for a few years. It wasn't until recently that I acquired a Marushin XM177 kit, and got frustrated over it, too ;-) Fortunately the end result in case of XM177 is much more satisfying, even with all ongoing stumbles.

Now that cap supply has been restored I plan continue work on tuning it to work properly.

Ir was stuck in closed position

however taking it to the show today and within a few minutes with a "pro" it now works, still sticks abit but works. only thing is i now need to put the ejector shelf back it, but she cocks and dry fires even if it sticks abit.

the bolt seems to be a bit too high to chamber a round, it'll do it but its not as smooth/clean as i would have thought!!

is this a normal problem?

JohnnyV had a similar problem, where bolt was "jumping" too high over the magazine:
