| Did any of these ever arrive in the UK ? Anyone own one ???? I am pretty sure I have read somewhere that they were made at one time ?? Though maybe never left native soil ? I have owned a few shotguns : Tanaka / MGC - nice though they are , they are very plastic in build . Even though the barrels / receiver are so obviously plastic - still the manufacturer insisted on a terrible and obvious metal bar in the muzzle This alone pretty much destroyed any potential use as a film prop . One MGC I owned had seen a previous owner attempt to remove this only to horribly damage the business end of the model .... shame . If anyone has any info I would be obliged . Carl | |

| ive seen one or two for sale over here , modelgun collector had one on a while back but with no price, so they should be a few about somewere, ive been toying with the idea of fitting one of mine inside a metal airsoft shotgun but funds keep going on other things, ahh the joys of self employment | |

Thanks Akazz I have contacted Kevin at MGC so lets see what happens . Most modelgun shotguns are nearly all abs build that I have found in UK . To me its all about realism and plastic just is not for me . Hopefully I can find something as I would prefer a modelgun to GBB / airsoft for obvious reasons . Anyone else with metal shotgun experiences ????? Carl | |

| Hiya, if anyone has any ideas on where to buy shotguns I'd be happy to hear about them, I had an MGC Remington M31 which got stolen in a burglary :'-( it was a lovely model!

Hi Richard Thanks for response Where did you get the heat shield from ? Is there any issues with attaching as I cannot tell from the pics how they attach ? I have had gas airsoft metal shotguns with these attached - so I guess that is an option . I would not know where to source a real steel one ? Will try doing some googling later see what I can find .
