Here's a quick vid of the Tanaka M9 fitted with a Zeke hollow detonator. It requires the use of CTec mild-kick carts and Zeke's inner pistons. Pretty cool effect!

Very impressive effect
Is there an increase in noise level as it's firing due to the hollow det.pin?

Yes, it is noticeably louder. The Zeke inner is a special hollow piston that also requires the use of a 5mm cap, so every time you are firing you are igniting a 7mm AND a 5mm cap!
I'm still ironing it all out, as occasionally I get a feeding jam as the nose of the cart contacts the larger tip of the hollow deto. I hope to have all of that resolved soon.
On a side note, I really like the CTec mild kick carts for use in my Tanaka M9. If you use the old MGC M9 deto (or CTec sells a replacement one), you can use these CTec carts with 7mm caps (without any of the Zeke setup) and they seem to feed and fire perfectly. The carts are anodized aluminum and clean up nice and easy. Also, much less hassle to load than the 5mm Tanaka original carts.
