Hello, sorry for my poor english it is not my native langage Does anyone have contact with www.mg-props.co.uk ? I tried several time to contact this website with the email adress "sales@" and I have no answer since two months.

I know, but he doesn't answer to my emails. So if someone is in contact with him, please tell him to look more carefully to his mail and spam folder. I had resent a email yesterday.

mg-props.co.uk is still very much active. Been doing business there recently myself.
Try sales@mg-props.co.uk again or on the forum here, I think Jay looks in here as well. Which email-provider have you been using? Maybe your mail goes straight to the SPAM-folder?
But maybe it’s just the holiday-season and too many orders ;-)

I had sent 5 mails since two months, with two different email adress to try to avoid "spam" problem: one with @hotmail.fr and one with @orange.fr no answer
If your email don't go to his spam folder, maybe you could contact him to tell him my problem with a link to this topic ?

http://www.mg-props.co.uk/ is now the new redirect from modelguns.eu's YouTube channel, will contact them and see what the dealio is
Have a look at Modelguns General Discussion, look for thread "New Website?"
This new company, mg-props.co.uk was once Modelguns.co.uk, then Modelguns-Worldwide based in France. The Modelguns.eu link must have been them but they wouldn't reply to that question. The companies (assuming .eu was too) are all run by Jason Freer. Many of us bought our first and several others from him before he suddenly stopped trading. He's been away now for at least 3 years, could even be 4.

He certainly was until the other day and is still updating the site. I use Hello@mg-props.co.uk which always gets through fine.

I had sent to sales@ and hello@ at the same times for all my last mails. New guy here, just wanted to see if they are still active, only cause I've seen the reviews, regarding communication and they don't seem too promising, if anyone is still in contact with Jay I think his name is, can they let me know of the best way to contact him to make a purchase, I have already tried the Sales@ email, albeit yesterday afternoon, so I hope I get a response today,

Welcome to the forum, yes both are still going but with covid i think both went on hold for a while, i believe plug fire guns will be back soon.
