| There were a couple of things that I considered before ordering the Marushin FN 1910. One, what kind of dummy 9mm cartridges can fit into the gun( I dont know if the Marushin 9mm Beretta cartridges work or not). Two, is there any spare magazines for the M1910 since I cannot find any. And three, which is better for the M1910 the MGC or Marushin 7mm caps (Which one runs cleaner, etc.) Thank you every one.

| Wow thank you for turning me on to frankcys model guns. But Im still a bit confused about the cartridges, are the 9 x 23 special for the Marushin M1910 or are there any cartridges made by marushin that fit in the M1910? | |

| For Marushin 1910 you would need to order specific cartridges for that model. Unfortunately there is A LOT of variation between cartridges for different models, even if they are the same "9mm" caliber. You can find a list that has been compiled so far by our members here: https://mp40modelguns.forumotion.net/t2457-index-of-cartridgesAt the moment it does not have information on Marushin 1910 cartridges, which seem to be specifically 9x23 by Marushin own marking. | |

| It's my pleasure Major Marushin's 9 x 23mm cartridges are specifically for the FN910, the box is marked accordingly There may well be another cartridge that would fit and work, but we'll need Francky or another forum members' advice on that as I don't know for sure.

| Thank you guys this forum is awesome. It is a pain in the a@# that the cartridges are special for the M1910. As you can tell I am a model gun n00b. But If I do have some money left What would you guys recommend for a pistol kit from Marushin. (Maybe a PPK or a Hi Power) | |

| Thank you, Major, for your kind words This forum always tries to help and advise everyone, especially newcomers to this hobby. We are only too pleased to offer as much help as you need. Don't ever hesitate to ask any questions Having so many different 9mm cartridges is a real pain, life would be so much easier with one standard sized cartridge wouldn't it With a bit of thought, advice and the ability to make or obtain different Detonator Pins, it's sometimes possible to adapt a modelgun to fire a different cartridge to standard issue. This converting has improved firing performance on many, and has kept many firing as cartridge supplies dry up.Hopefully, Francky will have FN1910 carts in stock for you. If he hasn't, there are other sources you might try. See what Francky can do first, then we'll see where we go. Kits... have a look at these Reviews... There are several more kits available, including metal, non-firing revolvers... plenty to choose from and enjoy _________________ Cerwyn
